The majority of employers with over 2,500 employees offer employer-paid leave for maternity and paid parental (bonding) leave, consistent with 2024 survey results.
Notably, for the second year in a row, predominantly male industries in Manufacturing (70.9% male) and professional services (57.5% male) offer the most prevalent and expansive leave pay replacement programs.
