Our self-service BenefitBump tools make registration easy and allows your participants to keep track of their progress with reminders and checklists.

Your participant’s main point of contact is the Care Navigator, a master’s level emotional health professional who works with participants and their families throughout the entire journey.

Behind the scenes, our benefit experts ensure that our navigators are intimately familiar with your company’s benefit program details, so navigators can:
Walk through benefit plans, including time off and leave
Refer participants to relevant resources for their personal situation
Optimize the value of your benefits and available programs
Care Navigators are well-versed in your company’s time-off programs and will help participants plan their time off and return to work.
Advise on the required FMLA paperwork and disability claim forms
Assists with preparatory arrangements, such as childcare
Coordinates post-birth/adoption employment plan
The BenefitBump team gets your participants ahead of the game by educating them on many of the checklist items (including financial consideration) that people forget.

Planning their post-birth/adoption care
After a child’s birth or adoption, our team will check in with participants to discuss their well-being, benefits, childcare needs, and assist them with their benefits enrollment. In preparation for their return to work, we:
Discuss return-to-work intentions and options
Assist with any concerns, including work/childcare schedules
Ensure that your benefits work for employees as intended
